Stripped — Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Egypt only, to all governorates, through a third-party courier partner.

2. Delivery Times

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
  • Other governorates: 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order is confirmed, not the date of purchase. Times may be longer during sales, holidays, or peak periods — we'll let you know if your order is delayed.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over 2,000 EGP
  • Orders under 2,000 EGP: shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location

4. Payment on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives — please have the exact amount ready where possible.

5. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1 business day of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation via [WhatsApp] once your order ships, along with courier tracking details if available.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you or you're unavailable at the delivery address:

  • The courier will typically attempt contact by phone before delivery
  • We'll reschedule delivery once / After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, you can track its status by contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +20 11 1719 4095, or through the courier's tracking number if provided.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. Stripped is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact information provided at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an order.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within "48 hours" of delivery at stripped.eg@gmail.com or +20 11 1719 4095 with your order number and photos of the item/packaging, and we'll sort it out.
