• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If your order qualified for free shipping and your return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs
